The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolas Maduro, reaffirmed on Friday the existence of a unique military doctrine that is specific to the country during a working meeting with the commanders of the Superior Units and Tactics of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB).

In his statements, President Maduro emphasized that this doctrine is not of foreign origin and does not respond to imperialist influences; rather, it is based on the history and national identity of Venezuela.

“If we can say something today, with absolute clarity and firmness in the face of the whole world, it is that Venezuela has a military doctrine of its own; it is not foreign; it is not imperialist; it is not imposed; it is not an imitation of anyone,” he stated, underlining the importance of this strategic construction in the context of the country’s defense.

President Maduro also highlighted the process of structural refoundation that Venezuela has experienced in recent years, describing efforts to build a new republican framework that consolidates the ideals of the liberators.

In this regard, he called on the members of the FANB to prepare themselves for this national military doctrine, stressing that studying Venezuelan history is fundamental to strengthening the country’s defense.

The president warned about threats from extremist and violent groups, assuring that they will “crash into the wall of dignity” represented by Venezuelan officers and troops.
